In Loving Memory of Emily Ellen Culhane

We are deeply grateful to Daniel O’Brien and Clann na hOman GAA Club in Muscat, Oman, for their generous donation of €1,550 to ICU North at Beaumont Hospital in memory of Daniel's cousin, Emily Ellen Culhane.

Emily was treated at Beaumont in January for meningitis but very sadly passed away. Her family spoke of the incredible care and kindness they received from our ICU staff—where every detail was provided with compassion.

To honour Emily’s memory, Leigh Redmond and Kieran Lawlor took on the Muscat Half Marathon, while Daniel O’Brien ran the 2.5KM race, raising funds to support the family rooms in ICU. Their generosity will help ensure other families facing critical moments have the comfort and support they need.
