A big heartfelt thank you to Catriona O’Brien, Richie Farnan, and Gary Woods who collectively raised a phenomenal €230,000 from a Tractor Run earlier this year, held in memory of two amazing women, Nikki Magee nee Woods and Sinead Ball.
€30,000 of this is for the Beaumont Breast Centre here at Beaumont Hospital and we are so very grateful to everyone involved in this wonderful fundraising.
On Saturday 28th September, Prof. Arnie Hill (General Breast and Endocrine Surgeon at Beaumont Hospital) was presented the funds by Catriona O’Brien at a specially organised presentation event for all the beneficiaries.
These funds will make a significant difference to the breast centre, benefiting so many patients and we are blown away by the kindness of the community involved in making this happen.
