The Acute Haemo Dialysis Unit on St Peter's Ward received a legacy of €20,000 from Phyllis Henry in memory of her son, Liam (deceased), who was a long term patient of the unit. Liam's wife, Ann, presented the cheque for this incredible amount to the members of the AHD Unit including Gerardine Maguire, Maria Talbot and Petrina Donnelly. The funds will be of enormous benefit to the team on St Peter's Ward in the year's to come.
