The fundraising for Operation Transformation of the Dayroom on Banks Ward continues with recent activity bumping up the growing fund!

Thanks to the seventeen teams who turned out in the Beaumont House on September 8th to take part in our Table Quiz. Amazingly the winning team only got five questions wrong out of a total of 110 and this fun night raised over €1,000.

A former patient of the hospital generously donated a pair of tickets which were the basis of our recent GAA All-Ireland Football Final Raffle with a signed and framed Dublin jersey as second prize. The tickets were won by Joanne Gaule, Occupational Therapist and the raffle raised a further €3,000 for the Banks Ward fund.

The patients on the ward were good enought to lend a hand by drawing the winning tickets!
